PANCAKES Amsterdam | water

We're very proud of our own PANCAKES Amsterdam water. This water comes from a small spring in  nature reserve "het Hunzedal" in the province of Drenthe: Anl'eau.
 

An'leau is one of the best water sources in Europe and has the following composition: 

Calcium 58 mg/l
Potassium 2,2 mg/l
Magnesium 4,8 mg/l
Natrium 20 mg/l
PH 7,6 pH
Chloride 19 mg/l
Sulphate < 0.5 mg/l
Nitrate 0,5 mg/l
