Reservations are available at PANCAKES Amsterdam Aan ‘t IJ and PANCAKES Amsterdam Zuidas.
👉 How to book: Click the reservation button in the bottom-right corner of your screen, fill in your details, and you’re all set. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s official. Prefer to just walk in? You’re welcome to do so at all our locations just keep in mind that during busy hours, you might have to wait in line a little, because our pancakes are simply worth it! 😉
Please note: reservations aren’t possible at PANCAKES Amsterdam Centraal and PANCAKES Amsterdam Negen Straatjes.

We love that so many of you want to join us for pancakes, but to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we do have a few house rules:
- Your table is held for 10 minutes after your reservation time
- After that, we can no longer guarantee your table will still be available
- Running late? Please contact the location directly to let them know

PANCAKES Amsterdam Aan ‘t IJ
You’ll find PANCAKES Amsterdam Aan ‘t IJ just next to the ferry that takes you to Amsterdam Noord. It’s located at the waterfront, with a breathtaking view over ‘t IJ!

PANCAKES Amsterdam Zuidas
In the middle of a busy business district, you’ll find our Zuidas location. Great for meetings, lunch, or to go! This location is easily reached by train, bus, metro, and tram, as it’s a short walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station. It’s also very easy to park your car, which is rare for our locations! 😉

- This location is especially kid-friendly and has a kids corner and kids menu!
- Has 80 seats inside and plenty of seats outside
- The first PANCAKES Amsterdam location that is completely gas-free
- We are a cards-only restaurant
