PANCAKES Amsterdam serves the best pancakes in Amsterdam. Our Aan ‘t IJ location, opened in 2018. This locations has the most beautiful view in the city and serves the best poffertjes you’ll ever taste! Tucked away at the back of Central Station, right next to the ferry to Amsterdam North, this unique spot combines a small, cosy interior with a big, sunny terrace overlooking ‘t IJ, the iconic A’DAM Tower, and the EYE Film Museum.

With around 85 seats, this location serves more than a dozen Dutch and American pancakes and poffertjes, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options are available, so there’s something delicious for everyone. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner come and soak up the view while enjoying the best pancakes in Amsterdam.
